Do I need to install anything?
No. Paste your containers or upload the spreadsheet you already keep, in your browser or on your phone. Alerts come by email; WhatsApp alerts are on the way. If you'd rather, send your list to Tobi on WhatsApp and we'll add it for you.
How do you know when free days run out?
Free days differ by shipping line and cargo, and usually count from discharge. We confirm the rule with you for each line, then work out every container's last free day.
Will importers know you're involved?
Reminders go in your name and only after you say yes. If an importer disputes a charge, we stop and pass it back to you.
What happens to my data?
It's used only to send your alerts and reminders. We never contact your importers without your approval, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.
What does it cost after the pilot?
We set a naira price with you at the end of the two weeks, per container or monthly, based on what the pilot saved you.
