What Duepath does

Duepath helps you find companies to sell to and chase your own overdue business invoices. Emails go out in your name. You either approve them first, or you switch on automatic sending and we send them for you. We are not a collection agency, we don't buy debts, and we don't give legal advice. Money your customers pay goes to you, not through us.

Your part

  • Only contact businesses, about things relevant to their work, and honour every opt-out.
  • Only hand over invoices that are genuinely owed to you, and tell us promptly when one is paid or disputed.
  • Follow the anti-spam and data protection laws of the countries you send to, and keep your business address in your emails.
  • Keep your login safe. You're responsible for what's sent from your account.

Automatic sending

If you use automatic sending, your emails go out on a schedule from Duepath's sending domains, in your name, without you reading each one first. We check every draft for obvious problems and hold back any that look wrong, but you remain responsible for what is sent and for who it is sent to. Replies from people always wait for you. You can pause automatic sending at any time in Settings. We limit daily volume per account to protect deliverability for everyone.

Fees

  • Get paid: 10% of money received on an invoice after you hand it over to us. Nothing if nothing is paid. We send a statement and you pay it within 14 days.
  • Find clients: a free welcome credit (part at signup, the rest when you send your first email), then top-ups of any amount at a price per company, or a monthly plan. Credit doesn't expire. Credit already used on companies isn't refunded, and unused companies go back to your balance. Cancel any time; the current month isn't refunded.

What we can stop

We may pause sending or close an account that sends spam, contacts consumers, misleads people, or chases money that isn't owed.

Limits

We work hard to keep Duepath running and accurate, but we can't promise replies, meetings or payments. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before a claim.
