What we keep
- Your account: name, email, company, a hashed password, and the settings you choose.
- What you give us to work with: invoices you upload, the audiences you describe, and the mailboxes you connect. Mailbox passwords are stored encrypted and used only to send your emails and read replies to them.
- Business contact details we find for outreach: names, work email addresses and job titles from public sources and data providers, plus public company news.
- Emails sent and received through Duepath, so we can show you replies and stop when someone asks.
What we use it for
Only to run the service for you: finding companies, drafting emails, sending what you approve, reading replies, and reminding customers about invoices you hand over. We don't sell data, and we don't use your customers' details for anyone else.
Sending domains and replies
If you use automatic sending, emails go from Duepath's own sending domains, which are shared with other customers, and replies come back to those inboxes. We store each reply with the conversation so we can show it to you, stop when someone opts out, and keep sending healthy. We also count usage, such as how many contacts were fetched and emails sent, to run and price the service.
People we email
Every outreach email names the sender and includes a way to opt out. When someone opts out, they are never emailed again by any Duepath customer. Anyone can ask what we hold about them, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address above.
Where it lives and who helps
Data is stored with our hosting and database providers. We use AI providers to draft emails and data providers to find business contacts; they process data only to do that work for us. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see card numbers.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. Close your account and we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices for our fees.
